HORSEMINT
Horsemint smells similar to citronella. It is found in the wild across the Eastern United States. It can be found throughout the region from Mexico from Mexico to Texas, up to Minnesota and Vermont. ROSEMARY

Rosemary is a Mediterranean native, which means it is a fan of hot, dry climates and soil that is well-drained. It is robust in USDA zones 8-10, and is best cultivated as a pot plant in colder climates. You can make a high-quality rosemary essential oil if reside in a region in which rosemary isn’t grown. Combine 4 drops of rosemary essential oil with 1 cup of olive oil. Keep it in a dry, cool location. It blooms late summer to early fall, so it is a magnet for hummingbirds as they make their annual flight. It draws butterflies with its medium-sized, long flowers.
