STILL HOOKED: Despite sanctions, Russia remains the top seaborne oil supplier to the European Union. Last year, Europe imported 98.8 million tons of RU crude by sea, down from high of 129 million tons in 2019. RU makes approximately $800 million dollars a day selling oil.
