COLD WAR, PART DEUX: The US Coast Guard @USCGHawaiiPac is monitoring a Russian intelligence ship (AGI) loitering off Hawaii. During the US-Soviet ‘Cold War’, RU 'Trawlers’ and ‘Research Vessels’ took up semi-permanent station off the US Naval Station at Pearl Harbor.
