A BAD LOOK: News media carried an earlier statement by German Foreign Minister Baerbock who said Germany wouldn’t "stand in the way" of Poland providing Leopards to Ukraine. Berlin now issues a volte-face, saying the Federal Security Council will decide the matter. Ouch.
