However, in a context where college schools and universities are currently recognized as contributing factors to the sustainability crisis, this catalyst potential must be grounded. Higher education is a component that makes a society more sustainable. As it produces professionals in a wide variety of disciplines, its roles become more prominent within the institutional systems of a community.
