BAKHMUT AXIS /1230 UTC 21 FEB/ N of Bakhmut, RU units are attempting to expand control of the M-03 HWY. UKR units were in contact at Berkhivka, Pidhorodne and south of the T-13-02/M-03 jct. RU pressed attacks in the E Bakhmut suburbs, along the Patrice Lumumba Blvd /H32 axis.
