BAKHMUT /1630 UTC 24 FEB/ RU has captured the village of Berkhivka at the critical junction of the M-03 and T-05-13 HWYs N of Bakhmut. Incremental but steady progress is being made by RU forces against Bakhmut’s Lines of Communication and Supply (LOCS).
