BAKHMUT /1450 UTC 28 FEB/ RU forces are in contact in the urban areas of Bakhmut. UKR is holding along the N-S rail right-of-way between Yahidne & Khromove. RU forces are increasing their operational tempo with the objective of taking urban space & severing Ukrainian LOCS.
