BAKHMUT /1430 UTC 26 FEB/ UKR forces destroyed retention dikes to flood an area S of the M-03 HWY to slow the advance of RU forces toward Berkhivka. UKR units are reported in contact within the urban area of Bakhmut west of the T-13-02 and south of Patrice Lumumba Blvd (H-32).
