BAKHMUT /1400 UTC 23 FEB/ RU continues ops against UKR Lines of Communication & Supply (LOCS). UKR forces are in contact south of the M-03. RU has redoubled efforts to capture the villages of Dubovo-Vasylivka, Berikhivka and Yahidne on the northern limits of Bakhmut.
